“This little print was made by printing the same hand image, vertically flipped – so that now, the hands relate and interact with one another. I did this to express the continuity of human interaction; the cyclical nature of community; the many in the one, and the one in the many.”

ARTIST BIO: Nina Jordan is a painter and printmaker living and working in Brooklyn, NY. She is the recipient of a NYFA fellowship in printmaking and artists’ books. Her prints and artists’ books are in many collections including the New York Public Library, the Yale University Art Gallery, and the University of Richmond Museums.
