“I am beautiful and grotesque” is a statement that came to my mind when exploring the depths of my queerness. Every day, I discover another level of my identity, and this piece explores the deep range of emotions related to that sense of discovery.”

ARTIST BIO: Hugh Moscoe is a trans-masculine illustrator and printmaker working out of Cincinnati. His art explores concepts of identity, relationships, trauma, and politics through a combination of visuals and text. Hugh is currently a third year student at the University of Cincinnati, pursuing a degree in fine arts and a political science minor.
