“St. Therese de Lisieux was a cloistered nun who prayed perpetually in the convent. She broke out and has been traveling the USA seeking God. This book has been an ongoing exploratory artbook in the making for 12+ years. For this SOS ART show, I selected my latest finished page: St. T in Minnesota.”
ARTIST BIO Jan Thomas has been both an art educator and working artist in Cincinnati for over fifty years. As an eclectic fiber artist, bookmaker, and printmaker with a penchant for assemblage, Jan creates pieces that primarily reflect her concern for issues facing women and families.
