“Begun in November, when I drew a caricature of William Barr, as the Cheshire Cat, from “Alice”s Adventures in Wonderland”. While watching the impeachment hearings, I drew in addition: Mick Mulvaney, Mike Pence and Rudy Guiliani, as the March Hare, the Dormouse, and the Mad Hatter. Igor Fruman & Lev Parnas as Tweedles Dum & Dee. Stephen Miller as the Caterpillar. Painting the roses red, are John Ratcliffe, Devin Nunes, & Jim Jordan. The Duchess is Kellyanne Conway, with husband, George Conway, as the baby. Gordan Sondland is the White Rabbit. Rick Perry is the Carpenter, with John Bolton as the Walrus & “Moscow” Mitch McConnell is, naturally, the Mock Turtle & Lindsay Graham is the Gryphon. Mike Pompeo is the Knave, bearing the Crown. Trump is the “Queen”, carrying his favorite accessory, which is either Melania or a golf club. “Alice” is Nancy Pelosi.”

ARTIST BIO: Julie Braucksick (dba Julie Broxic) worked in the Cincinnati area for over 50 years in many fields; sculpture; graphic design; stained glass window design; costume design; production design; scenic artist; sign painter. Since 1995, she has been creating and selling her original work. Julie received first place at Hyde Park Square Art Show in 2018.
