“My screen print uses words from two civil rights movements, ‘I Can’t Breathe’ from Black Lives Matter and ‘I Am a Man’ from the 1968 Sanitation Workers Strike, a sign the protesters wore during their protests. It shows the inequality and the injustice that people of color have suffered all along.”
