“I had beautiful reproductions of important American landscape paintings. When Covid hit it seemed a perfect opportunity to add unusual collage shapes to these landscapes. They are alien forms that have landed on our shores, just like Covid.”

ARTIST BIO: Cynthia M. Kukla is a studio artist whose works are in collections in the United States and Europe. Her artwork is exhibited on four continents. She is a member of the Watercolor Honor Society of America and served on their national board. She writes about art for the online art journal Aeqai.
