“As an in-house photographer for a health care provider, one aspect of my job was to document the hospital response to COVID-19. There were many restrictions on what I could and could not photograph. This image represents the Healthcare workers, the symbols of the division dividing this country; the numbers represent the underlying truth about this pandemic.”

ARTIST BIO: William Jones began making his living as a professional photographer in 1976; a year earlier he had won his first International photographic competition sponsored by Eastman Kodak Company. After completing his master’s degree he focuses on fine art photography. William’s fine arts work has been featured in publications, galleries, and exhibitions around the world. His work is created in film based, alternative photography processes and digital. William’s photographic palette is made up of many photography genres including street, portraiture, studio and micro.
