“Mental health is a serious topic, one that can be hard to talk about and use correct terms for. It is a big struggle for my generation, and for many artists I know. Mental health was never talked about before my generation. There are so many people who struggle and often no one understanding what they are going through, the struggle of getting up every day and losing motivation.”
