ARTIST BIO: Shawna Dellecave is a visual and performing artist as well as a registered art therapist (ATR) with national board certification (BC) and a license to practice expressive art therapy (LPAT) in Kentucky. She earned a Master’s of Expressive Therapy from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from Northern Kentucky University. She is the owner and operator of Wholehearted LLC, which provides expressive art therapy on a contract basis to a wide variety of people in the community including individuals and families affected by developmental disabilities, cancer and other chronic concerns. Shawna has worked in a variety of expressive media, most recently exhibiting a series of paper weavings that explored traditional weaving patterns with decorative paper. She is a performing artist with the band, I-am-is (eye-am-is) for over twenty-five years.
