ARTIST BIO: Jeff Casto has been creating art since the 1980s. In 1987, he obtained a BFA from the Art Academy of Cincinnati and in 1989, an MFA from the University of Cincinnati. Jeff’s work generally is concerned with environmental issues, incorporating found objects with painted imagery and textural surfaces.
