“Hoffman Elementary School in Cincinnati is a landmark of the history of the city and of its architectural heritage. Despite an enormous community effort to save the building from demolition, the majority (5 to 4) of city council members, Keating, Harris, Johnson, Walsh and Parks, sided with a developer. A demolition permit was issued. As of today, however, it is still standing.”
