“Nathaniel Woods’ (upper right) young life was ended on March 5, 2020. This man was not given a proper trial and only witnessed the crime. He killed no one. Many, guided by The Innocence Project, were fighting for him to have a retrial, even the Supreme Court asked for his case to be carefully reexamined. But the Governor of Alabama chose to ignore these pleas and put him to death. George Julius Stinney, Jr. (upper left) was executed at the age of 14 on June 16, 1944. His case has been reexamined in recent years and Stinney was exonerated. Justice is not equal for all Americans.”
