“’Humans Hurt’ shows a way that we have tried to stop people from invading an ecosystem and harming it any further. Some places have important types of moss and organisms that live on the ground. These organisms keep the ecosystem together and help share what the individual plants need. When someone walks or runs over these organisms it can harm them which can, in turn, harm the entire ecosystem because these organisms keep them alive. People place signs around these places to keep others out but even sometimes those are not enough. My painting wants to show the importance of keeping the environment clean and safe.”
