ARTIST BIO: Maya Smith is a Grade 10 student at Oak Hills High School (OHHS).
PROJECT: Having learned about the graffiti style artwork of Keith Haring and guided by art teacher Melissa Ambs, Steve Groh, Katie Jacobs, or Jamie Schorsch, students created a drawing in the style inspired by Keith Haring as a means of using symbolic imagery to communicate a message based on a global or social issue.
