“My painting deals with the issue of “Gender”. It is inspired by one of my favorite artists, Will Wood, a Singer-songwriter, Filmmaker, and artist, who uses his craft to make statements regarding gender disapproval and who has an exotic style that I look up to. Will Wood wears mostly feminine things, dresses, dangly jewelry, and make-up. No matter what gender one is, they have their own interests, even if the other gender is known for that said interest.”
