“This piece is a call to put people’s lives, especially children’s, above gun laws in the United States. This is a reflection on the innocence of children and the disadvantage they have in protecting themselves against the weapons killing and the little say they have in the rights protecting their lives. Every year, thousands of children in the US die at the hands of guns.”
