“Hands bound by chains are shown bearing the weight of the world. Many evils continue to take place in this world, and to represent the attempt to stop them, chains are placed on the hands. Yet, despite this restraint, injustices still continue. Unable to bear this suffering, a dove—the symbol of peace—flies to the Goddess of Justice to ask for justice, even splitting the earth in its plea. The question remains: will Mother Justice deliver true justice to the world?”
