“In an old house, there was a small loft at the front. The loft, standing quietly through time, watched the world with calm patience. As evening approached, a soft light appeared in the loft—a wide, gentle lamp whose yellow glow slowly spread around. Darkness lingered nearby, but it did not hurry; it moved softly, as if giving space to the light. The breeze whispered lightly, and the lamp’s flame flickered slightly, yet it never went out. Even in its subtle movement, there was a quiet steadiness. Light and shadow mingled along the beams of the loft, but they did not frighten; they were gentle, like old memories. The only sound in the place was the soft murmur of the lamp itself; no words were needed. The darkness at the edge of the street respected the light, and time passed slowly. There was no hurry. The lamp asked nothing and expected nothing—it simply did its work, giving light.”
