paint on paper; 12×16”
“This artwork shows the painful reality of war and violence that destroy homes and humanity. The broken buildings, fire, smoke, and flying bombs represent the suffering faced by innocent people during conflicts. The dark colours express fear, loss, and hopelessness. In the centre, a child releases a balloon in fear, symbolising innocence, freedom, and the desire for peace. It shows that even in moments of fear, hope can rise. The artwork reminds us that true peace is precious and must be protected to save humanity and future generations.”
