“Invited by The Memory Project, a nonprofit organization, and under the guidance of art teacher Jamie Schorsch, students created portraits for youth around the world who have faced substantial challenges, such as neglect, abuse, loss of parents, and extreme poverty. Completed portraits are sent to the students in their home countries.”
