“Most people think at least once about how people came to be. There are people who come to a conclusion and live their lives according to what they believe and there are others who search till the end of their days looking for the answer to a question everyone has. In my piece I tried to represent different cultures and their ideals on human creation, this was my attempt at showing off cultures while validating all ideas of creation. In my piece the being in the middle represents the human race and they’re growing in a blooming Nymphaea, which is a water lily known as the flower of creation. I used bright colors in the flower to represent new life. I’m still searching for what I truly believe but I think it gives me a wide perspective. I made this piece to show that even if cultural or religious backgrounds differ, the gift of life is always a miracle.”
