ARTIST BIO: Shannice Wanjiru is an artist under the mentorship of Know artists. She works in afrofuturisim and finds joy in expressing bold emotions. Her work celebrates individuality and self-expression particularly drawn to the beauty and vulnerability of women faces, especially the lips, which are a window to our emotions. Shannice hopes to inspire others to embrace their own unique voice. She has exhibited her work at various group art exhibitions.
