ARTIST BIO: David Waweru Muchiri (aka Wes, Ole Gururu) is a Naivasha-based visual artist and co-founder of Infinity Studios. His practice is rooted in a deep connection to nature and the sea, inspired by personal experiences that shape his perspective and storytelling. Working primarily with acrylic on canvas, he explores the beauty and unpredictability of landscapes and seascapes, translating memory and emotion into vivid visual form. Through his art, David invites viewers into spaces of reflection, stillness, and wonder, while also affirming the bond between humanity and the natural world.
