“I believe it is important to treat our neighbors with respect. I visited Canada for the first time earlier this year as a response to the USA’s sudden and aggressive trade position with Canada. I felt an urgency to get to know, and strengthen friendships, with my neighbors to the north. While there, I made new friends at a shared pottery studio—and made this cup!”
