earthenware; each cup 5.25x3x3”
“‘Rage, Safe Rage’ features song lyrics from “The Hand” by Annabelle Dinda and “Sympathy Magic” by Florence + The Machine. These cups represent my take on female rage, and how often women are forced to suppress their anger in order to be taken seriously. The moment we express too much emotion, our opinions, our bodies, and our rights can be used against us. By creating art that speaks against this injustice, I hope to free myself and others.”
