Diversity improves an organization’s innovation and reduces groupthink. Cultural exchange leads to increased empathy and personal growth. Companies with a diverse workforce are more profitable and solve problems faster. Conflict and division only occur because of fear, intolerance, and bigotry. It is the racists and white supremacists who must be eliminated from our country.”
