I’m extending my hand to share my authentic story as it’s vital to be in communion with others in our honest form to confront societal issues.”
ARTIST BIO: Ian McIlvain creates art to build conversations, cultivate awareness, and further social change. He is an undergrad at Xavier University majoring in Art with concentrations in Painting and Printmaking, plus minors in “Arts Administration” and “Entrepreneurship and Innovation”. He explores how art challenges perceptions and serves as a platform for advocacy and awareness.
