“In many indigenous Native American cultures, animals are seen as spiritual messengers. Inspiration drawn from the animal totems that visited, all having wings. A window without its frame is depicted; placing limitations on self limits our power as an agent for change. The indivisible window we perceive is there cannot limit our flight. Every opportunity exists to merge toward light, peace, justice. One way to keep mental peace in uncertain times is to hear from these messengers. The sun is out just after the rain. Praying Mantis- Courage and Persistence. Damsel fly- Change, Transformation, Hope, New Beginnings. Dragon Fly- Adaptability, Self Realization. Hummingbird- Joy, Resilience, Recovery, Healing.”
