ARTIST BIO: Maxine Apke has been working for over 25 years as a paper artist, and currently through 3D collage work. Maxine loves creating silk eco-dyed scarves, many representing social issues, and the saving of our democracy. She is proudly working with Daughters of the Revolution of Washington state.
