“I wanted to express how unfair bail is in the legal system. By having bail, you are punishing people who cannot afford it and therefore are stuck in jail until their trial. This can be a couple of days to months of waiting in jail and during that time they would lose their job among other things. I believe that we should get rid of bail, and depending on the crime, either let them go free until their trial day, have them go free but have them monitored until their trial day, or have them jailed until their trial day.”
