“While workers were building the border wall across the last free-flowing river of the Desert SW, a colleague and I draped prayer flags across the river. With Jaguar art, my Loud Hawk mask, I read my poem, “Bloated Border”. The event was filmed and published by Sandra Sanchez, a photo journalist with The Border Report.”

ARTIST BIO: For years, Robin Motzer lived in the West Coast, the Desert Southwest, traveled, and owned a design-build-color consulting business. Habitat restorations, advocacy, features in media, animal portraits, nature abstracts, writing essays and poetry, led to her publication, Wildlands, “A creative revolution to restore health, well-being and sovereignty for soils and souls.” She and her partner are remodeling a home and she is happy to be back in SW Ohio.
