“America has become, in many ways, a third world nation heavily populated by zombie like citizens and leaders largely devoid of character and critical thought. This inequity is justified in no small part by a warped and self-serving interpretation of Christian doctrine and jingoistic, nationalistic propaganda which serves to justify and perpetuate greed and cruelty.”

ARTIST BIO: Michael A Kearns is a writer and photographer who lives in Milford, Ohio. He has long been concerned with art as an agent for social justice and change. His work has appeared, over the last several decades, in many local and national publications. Shows curated, created and shot by Michael have hung in a galleries throughout the region.
