“This is a collaborative response to banned children’s picture books. Our collaged books are influenced by these authors and illustrators’ creative synergy. Their books embody vetoed virtues, narratives, and artistic visions. Book bans deprive children of opportunities to learn about different perspectives and limit access to words and images for understanding and creativity.”
