paper clips; 24x24x2” and 35x31x3”

“By itself a paper clip is insignificant. But when hundreds of them are joined together, the result is something that cannot be ignored. In the same way, a large group of dedicated people working together can bring about societal change for the better.”

ARTIST BIO: Born in Cincinnati, an advertising career took Paul Schoettinger to North Carolina and Southern California before he moved back. Paul creates three-dimensional wall sculptures made from recycled and repurposed materials. He wants to help others see that reuse isn’t just good for the environment; it can be fun. All it takes is a little imagination.
