”Global surface temperatures are rising, causing droughts, an increased intensity of storms, and wildfires. Climate change affects everyone, but can have particularly devastating consequences for marginalized populations around the world. It is deeply entangled with social, environmental and racial injustices, often negatively impacting those who contribute the least to climate change.”
ARTIST BIO: Jennifer Farrington is an artist and art educator primarily focusing on mixed media drawings. She holds a BFA from the San Francisco Art Institute and studied in the graduate department of UC’s DAAP.
