ARTIST BIO: Working in and with the arts has been a life long exploration of creating for Arnelle Dow. After completing her degree in art at Drake University, Des Moines, Iowa, she studied at the Art Institute in San Miquel de Allende, Mexico. Dying cloth using a wax resist process of Batik  became her medium of choice. After selling Batik works 30 yrs. she began working with the Cincinnati Recreation Commission where she began and continue to coordinate the Art for Artists group.
